About Us
Based in New Braunfels, TX, DIV TEN CONSTRUCTION is a Division 10 commercial contractor proudly serving the Austin–San Antonio corridor. Since 2013, we have built a reputation for reliability, precision, and quality workmanship under the leadership of General Manager David Kutac.
You may have previously known us as Spectrum Resource Group in New Braunfels. In February 2026, our parent company was acquired by a private equity firm. Our New Braunfels operation was not part of that transaction and has since transitioned to operate as a new, independent company — same experienced team, same leadership, same commitment to excellence.
Today, DIV TEN CONSTRUCTION is stronger than ever. We maintain strong vendor relationships, and our business thrives on repeat work from general contractors who know and trust us.

Leadership
David Kutac
General Manager
David has worked in Division 10 since 2010. He is a 1998 graduate of Texas A&M University and he and his family reside in New Braunfels. In 2013, David leveraged his background in sales and construction to start his own company and never looked back.
